Learn MoreMy wife has been sixk for a couple years and im fed up with this staff. The doctor is good but the on call nurse is unprofessional and doesn't do her job. Whenever you leave a message no one responds. The only way we can get any support is by going to the hospital or repeatedly calling staff multiple times during business hours. If you have a serious condition that requires empathy and attention I would recommend going to an office that holds staff to a higher level of integrity. Half the time she has no idea if she is doing what she is supposed to do or not.
Dr. Gaith and his team were so kind, knowledgeable and provided a calm environment while having my procedure done. From check in to check out, my experience was great. Nurses and CRNA were just fantastic. Thank you so much for the care you gave me!
Dr Rana was scheduled to do my husband’s colonoscopy but due to unforeseen circumstances it had to be done in the hospital! He took the time over a weekend to call me to apologize for the inconvenience even though it had nothing to do with the drs. I was so appreciative for his call and how personable he is!
Dr Gaith got my husband in for a colonoscopy ASAP! Wasn’t with him but his associate! I love that this team of doctors work together to take care of their patients! He took the time to explain everything to my husband and we never felt rushed!

Tried to get in to see Dr. Bortman, but waited on hold for over 1hr 10min before I threw in the towel. Unacceptable to make someone wait that long. Clearly you should hire more staff or find more efficient means for communications to cut down on your insane hold times.
