WebMD- Aside from great, easy to understand information on diseases, treatments and tests, this site has some neat calculators, including one for body mass index and another for fertility.

Mayo Clinic's Digestive Center  - This page contains a wealth of information on all digestive diseases, illustrated by great graphics.

U.S. National Library of Medicine - The U.S. National Library of Medicine's main site has links to medline and pubmed.

Clinical Trials - This site has a fairly comprehensive list of clinical trials taking place for many conditions. 

Center Watch - This site is even better for clinical research.  It contains great information for the patient on what to expect in terms of being a participant in clinical research.

Acurian - A privately funded site, it contains a more comprehensive listing of the clinical trials in an easy-to-find format.

Medscape - Gastroenterology Information - Subscriptions to Medscape.com are free and this is one of the services they offer.  This site keeps some of the most up-to-date information about the diseases from notable journals.

The National Institute of Diabetes, Digestive & Kidney Diseases - this site has basic, brochure-type information.

Healthfinder - A government site, this contains basic information from all governmental health divisions.

Centers for Disease Control - A good site for statistics and traveling information.

Irritable Bowel Syndrome Self-Help Group - A support group for those with IBS.

Heartburn Help - Information and support for people with GERD.

Hepatitis Central - Information and support for people with any hepatitis infection. 

The American Gastroenterological Association - The AGA's site contains some information for people with GI conditions, specifically pamphlets and the sort.

Crohn's and Colitis Foundation of America - Information for people with Crohn's Disease and Ulcerative Colitis.

Ask Noah About Stomach and Intestinal (Gastrointestinal) Disorders - This is sort of a catch all collection of digestive information links. 

Be in Charge - Site for people on Rebetron.

Atlas of Video Endoscopy - Photos taken during endoscopy procedures.

American Society for Gastrointestinal Endoscopy - Information on all major endoscopic procedures and digestive health.
