Questions Regarding Procedures

All of the following procedures are commonly performed by the physicians.  They are all different and may require different preparations.  It is important that you strictly follow the information given to you by the scheduling personnel.  Medications, especially cardiac and blood pressure medications, may be taken with a sip of water.  If you are taking any blood thinners, such as aspirin or Coumadin, please notify the scheduling personnel and the physician when the procedures are scheduled so that you can be given appropriate instructions regarding these medications.  It is important that you contact the office with any questions or concerns that you may have or if you need further clarification regarding your procedure.  It is imperative, if you are or think you may be pregnant, that you notify office personnel.  If you have any other special problems (sleep apnea, severe respiration disorder, problems with sedation or anesthesia, etc.) or a condition such as diabetes, please inform your physician and the scheduling personnel when your procedure is scheduled.
