|  Atulkumar S. Patel, M.D., is certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine and has subspecialty certification in Gastroenterology. He graduated from the University of Aberdeen Faculty of Medicine in Scotland, UK. After medical school, he completed his Internal Medicine residency at William Beaumont Hospital in Royal Oak, where he also served as chief resident. He stayed at Beaumont to complete his Gastroenterology fellowship. A Fellow of the American College of Physicians and the American College of Gastroenterologists, Dr. Patel is a member of several local, state and national professional societies.
