Our office is located at 264 W. Maple Road, Suite 200, Troy Michigan, in the Maple Medical Center, located on the north side of Maple, east of Crooks and west of Livernois.  The office phone number is  248-273-9930 and the fax number is  248-273-9931.  Office hours are from 9 A.M. to 5 p.m., Monday through Thursday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Friday.  You must have an appointment to be seen in our office.  Please bring all pertinent x-ray reports and test results from your physician with you to your appointment.  In addition, please bring current medications or a list of those medications with you to your appointment.  This helps us prepare an appropriate treatment plan for you.

We try to see all patients on time and ask that you extend us the same courtesy.  If you cannot keep an appointment, please try to give us 24 hours notice.  This will help us accommodate other patients who need to be seen.  If you have an urgent problem, we make every effort to see you in the office on the same day.  Please let the receptionist know the nature of your problem when you call.
